Shipping policy

We do all of our shipping through USPS with tracking. They are an integral part of our business. 

 

In Stock/Ready to Ship Yarn will ship within 3-5 business days.

Pre-Order Yarn will ship within it's turnaround time (generally 6-8 weeks but can differ between pre-order collections). We do our best to ship orders out as soon as they are ready.

It is important to note that if your order includes both in stock and preorder yarn your order will not ship out until the ENTIRE order is completed. If you do not want to wait for in-stock yarn, we suggest placing the order separate from your preorder.

For US domestic orders, once we ship your order, it is the responsibility of you, the customer, and we are not liable for lost or missing packages. While we will always do what we can to answer your questions about your packages to the best of our ability, in the case that a package has been lost, USPS will be able to help you locate it. 

For international orders, once we ship your order, it is the responsibility of you, the customer, and we are not liable for lost or missing packages. We will always do what we can to answer any questions you have about your shipment. Any extra fees accrued over the course of your order's journey to you are the responsibility of you, the customer (i.e. customs fees).
